Robert L. “Bob” Youngblood, 89 of Tucker, died January 15, 2021. Mr. Youngblood was born in Lindale, Georgia, and after a European tour as a Navy air traffic controller, attended the Georgia Institute of Technology with a BS in Industrial Engineering class of 1958. He was employed by The Coca-Cola Bottling Company, and retired from the Governor’s Office of Management and Budget in 1995. A jazz aficionado and movie buff, Bob could recite entire passages of dialogue, when the mood struck. Along with his wife, Glenda, he was an avid competition buck dancer and clogger. Mr. Youngblood was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Glenda Ellison Youngblood and survived by his daughters, Kim Ferrari (Pierre), Holle Stapp (Clay), Kelly Mitchell (Ed); grandchildren, Olivia Stallings, Elsa Stallings, Jeremy Stapp, Matthew Stapp (Anna), Morgan Rizner (Joe), Christian Mitchell, Harrison Mitchell, Piper Mitchell; and great grandchildren, Jude Stapp, Boone Stapp and Eliza Rizner.
