Thanks so much to all of you who touched Mom's life in special ways over the years. I treasure knowing that she had you in her life.

Ruth and Charles both were special folks in my life. I worked with him at Southern Company Services and worshipped with them at Mount Vernon. Ladies Ensemble was a highlight, with Ruth and Evelyn Shepherd giving the rest of us a strong soprano to blend with. Ruth always had a smile and an encouraging word for everyone. I will treasure my memories of her.

I knew Ruth just about 6 months.  We both lived at The Oaks Senior Living apts in Cumming.  We shared the same table.  Ruth was such a classy lady and a lot of fun.  We miss her and so sorry for yours and our loss.  May God bless you and keep your hearts filled with good memories of Ruth.  We were all lucky to have had her in our lives

Ruth, will always be missed. She was such a loving and giving person. She also was a very classy lady.

Ruth was a dear, sweet friend.  She and I traveled to the Pacific Northwest in 1996 and
had a wonderful time.  We also sang together in an ensemble at Mt Vernon Baptist Church. She was always prepared and happy to be a part of the group.  I loved her very much.  She meant a great deal to me.

Steve, Nancy and Jan. Your mother meant so much to my mom and was a dear friend to both Mary Jo and I. Robin and I share in your sorrow and keep you all eternally in our prayers. She will always be in my heart and thoughts.
