Timothy Coogan Truxillo

Timothy Coogan Truxillo, 64, of Roswell died April 9, 2013. Mr. Truxillo was originally from New Orleans and came to the Atlanta area in 1985. He graduated from Jesuit High School in New Orleans and from Spring Hill College in Mobile, AL. Tim was an active volunteer for many years with Marist School, coached athletics at both St. Jude The Apostle School and Roswell Recreation football program. Mr. Truxillo worked as an executive for over 30 years with IBM, Kodak and Lenox Financial. He was a strong, loving husband and devoted father who will be dearly missed. He was preceded in death by his father, Woodrow W. Truxillo and is survived by his wife of 27 years, Wanda Taylor Truxillo; children, Brooke Emily Truxillo, Rachel Wanda Truxillo, Timothy Cole Truxillo; mother, Helena C. Truxillo; and siblings, Dr. Terrence Truxillo (Dana), Christine Truxillo, Thomas Truxillo (Debbie), David Truxillo, Donna T. Malloy (John), Peter Truxillo (Lynne), Richard Truxillo. The family will receive friends Sunday, April 14, 2013 from 4 to 6 o’clock at H.M. Patterson and Son, Arlington Chapel, 173 Allen Rd, NE, Sandy Springs, GA 30328. A Memorial Mass and Reception will be held Monday, April 15, 2013 at 11 o’clock at St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church, 7171 Glenridge Dr, Sandy Springs, GA 30328.
