Originally trained on the New York stage, Bill studied Dramatic Arts at the University of Georgia before continuing his education in the Master's Acting Program at Columbia University. He later completed the Method Acting Program at the renowned Lee Strasberg Institute in New York. His dedication to his craft earned him membership in the prestigious Actors Studio in 1994, a distinction reserved for some of the most respected actors in the profession.

Before pursuing his career in entertainment, Bill honorably served his country as a United States Marine. His exceptional abilities and discipline led to his selection for Centra Spike, one of the nation's elite covert operations units. The same courage, focus, and commitment that defined his military service would become hallmarks of his life and career.

As an actor and stunt performer, Bill built a reputation for professionalism, versatility, and authenticity. His screen credits included appearances in Tyler Perry's Boo! A Madea Halloween and a recurring role as "Marty" in the TLC drama series Too Close to Home, where he delivered a memorable performance as a complex and dangerous hillbilly drug kingpin. He also co-produced and appeared in the documentary Come On In, We're Dead, reflecting his passion for storytelling both in front of and behind the camera.
