

Albert was born on August 28, 1945, and grew up in Montgomery, Alabama. He attended the University of Alabama, where he earned both his undergraduate degree and attended Law School. Albert earned his Master of Laws (LLM) Degree from New York University.
Albert is a founding attorney of a major law firm based in Orlando - Dean Mead (formally known as Dean, Mead, Egerton, Bloodworth, Capouano, & Bozarth, P.A.). Albert concentrated his legal practice in corporate and business law, taxation, estate planning, and computer law, with special emphasis on the purchase and sale of businesses.
Throughout his distinguished career, Albert was a frequent speaker on tax-related subjects at state and local continuing legal education programs. He was also published in leading tax periodicals and professional journals, earning the respect of colleagues and clients alike.
Beyond his devotion to family and his professional accomplishments, Albert embraced life with enthusiasm and a deep love for sports and community. He cherished gathering with family and friends over a great meal, creating lasting memories around the dinner table. A passionate University of Alabama football fan, Albert proudly shared his love of the Crimson Tide with his sons, Brian and Marcus, both of whom followed in his footsteps by attending the University of Alabama. His love for sports extended throughout Central Florida, where he enthusiastically supported local high school athletics, UCF sports, and the Orlando Magic. A loyal Orlando Magic season ticket holder for more than 25 years, Albert rarely missed an opportunity to cheer on his favorite teams and support the athletes and communities he cared about.
Albert was preceded in death by his parents, David and Selma Capouano; his brother, Isaac Capouano; and his sister, Anita Capouano.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Peggy Capouano; his daughter, Stephanie (Mike) Watson; and his sons, Brian Roberts, David (Lyndsey) Capouano; and Marcus (Carissa) Capouano; and many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Albert will be remembered for his unwavering dedication to his family, his distinguished legal career, his generosity, and the joy he found in sharing meals, sports, and meaningful moments with those he loved. His legacy will live on through the many lives he touched.
