Betty Jane Giles of Sanford, Florida passed on Wednesday March 28, 2018. Mrs. Giles was born in Sanford, Florida on June 18, 1940 to the late Foster King and Dessie Spivey King. Mrs. Giles enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family and friends. She will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her.
Mrs. Giles is survived by her sister, Minnie Mae (William) Walker of Winter Haven, Florida niece, Jo Ellen (Bill) Bailey of St. Cloud, Florida, nephew, William “Buddy” Walker of Titusville, Florida.
She was preceded in death by her son, Allen Wayne “Pepper” Yost, husband, Robert “Curly” Giles, brother, Raymond King and her mother and father, Foster and Dessie King.
Visitation will be held on Monday April 2, 2018 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 am at Baldwin-Fairchild Oaklawn Chapel in Sanford, Florida. Light refreshments will be service following the service. A private burial will be held at Evergreen Municipal Cemetery.
