Billie Ruth Boylston

Billie was born on June 1, 1922 in Tifton Georgia to the late William and Nettie Fox. Billie and her family relocated to the Orlando area in the 1930’s. As a young girl she became a member of North Park Baptist Church and remained active with the church until recent years. Billie married her beloved husband Reuben in 1952. Reuben was a 30 year veteran of the U.S. Air Force, which took them to many different bases around the world. Billie was a homemaker and in addition to raising her two sons, Jim and Bill, she enjoyed gardening and sewing. She was a voracious reader and mostly enjoyed historical fiction. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 39 years, Reuben Boylston.

Billie is survived by her two sons; Jim Boylston (his wife Sandy), and Bill Boylston. She is also survived by her 4 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and her sister-in-law Ann Fox.

A funeral service is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. Saturday May 12, 2018 at the North Park Baptist Church, located at 2047 Prospect Avenue, Orlando, Florida 32814. The interment will take place immediately following the funeral service at Glen Haven Memorial Park, located at 2300 Temple Drive, Winter Park, Florida 32789. The family request that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 200 S. Park Rd Ste 140, Hollywood, FL 33021.
