Cornelia Howard Brown, 82, of Deltona passed away April 1, 2016 in Halifax Health Memorial in Port Orange. Cornelia was born on February 7, 1934 in Americas, Georgia, the daughter of Marshall and Ethel Howard. She was an elementary school teacher. Cornelia leaves behind to cherish her memory, her son Derick Brown of Holly Hills, FL., and her daughter Hellen Brown-Smith of Upper Marlboro, MD. Memorial services will be held on Sunday, April 10, 2016 at 11:00 am at Baldwin-Fairchild Oaklawn Chapel, 5000 County Road 46A, Sanford, FL. 32771.
