Andy went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 9, 2025, as a result of complications from Ataxia, a neurological disorder. He graduated from Lake Mary High School in 1985, where he excelled in tennis and was a member of the Golden Fleece. He graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1989 and received his Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management in 1994. Andy was a dedicated public servant, working as a Human Resources Manager for Seminole County and later for Orange City until his retirement in 2019. In his free time, Andy gave back to the community through volunteer work with the teen court program and as a language instructor. Andy lived life to the fullest and was a constant seeker of adventure through travel, humor, bargains, and—of course—playing the lottery. He is survived by his parents Dave and Edith McNeill, sister Tracy McNeill Morgan (Gene), nieces Madison Morgan O’Connor (Alec) and Natalie Morgan Ihrman (Hunter), and great nieces Aubrianna and Lucy O’Connor. Andy’s life was honored with a private, family service followed by interment in Live Oak, Florida.
