Doris Jean Bacon, age 90, of Hiawassee, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, September 21, 2021. Doris was born October 30, 1930 in Gravity, Iowa.

Doris is survived by her daughter Nancy Jean Krusac; and her son John O. Bacon Jr (Jack). Doris was preceded in death by her husband John O. Bacon; her brother Donald Stearns and her brother Darrell Stearns.

Mrs. Bacon was blessed with three Grandchildren: Jordan Barber, Jennifer Brown, and Kristen Farling. Doris was also gifted nine Great Grandchildren: Ethan Towler, Gavin Hannon, Caden Hannon, Jaxson Brown, Cole Brown, Lane Brown, Addalyn Stump, Isaac Farling, and Eli Farling.

A graveside service for Doris will be held Thursday, September 30, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Oaklawn Cemetery, 5000 COUNTY ROAD 46A, SANFORD, FL 32771.
