

88, passed away December 5, 2015 in Altamonte Springs, Florida. She was born November 23, 1927 in Concord, New Hampshire to Charles Maxner and Melvina Boulay. She relocated to Florida with her daughter and family after her husband William passed away. Over the years she helped in caring for her grandchildren and great grandchildren and was very influential in their lives. She was active and participated in women’s international bowling competitions, the Garden Club and the Red Hat Society and greatly enjoyed traveling. Eleanor was predeceased by her parents; her husband of 37 years William Sorrenty; and her two sisters June Hamel and Dorothy Cosseboom. She is survived by her daughter Charlene Bundy and her husband David; her five grandchildren and their children: Nicole Mendoza, her husband Jorge and their children Mercedes, Nicholas and Giovanni; David Bundy, his wife Belmari and their children Antonio and Isabella; Jonathan Bundy, his wife Dawn and their children Alexis, Andrew and Ashley; Christopher Bundy, his wife Allison and their children Paige, Emma and Carter; and Laura Edwards and her husband Shomari. The family will receive friends Thursday December 10, 2015 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Baldwin-Fairchild Oaklawn Chapel, 5000 County Road 46A, Sanford, Florida 32771. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, December 11, 2015 at 10:00 AM at St. Stephen’s Catholic Church, 575 Tuskawilla Road, Winter Springs, Florida 32708. Interment will be in Blossom Hill Cemetery, Concord, New Hampshire. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her name to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network https://www.pancan.org/.
