Frances Lee Breazeale was born on January 15, 1932 in Replete W. VA. She moved to Orlando in 1970 and went to work at Winter Park Gas. She put herself through college and graduated magna cum laude from Rollins College. She transferred to Houston and worked for what became Enron. She then went to work for The Houston Water Authority. Upon retirement in 1994 she moved to Geneva, Florida to be with her family. She passed away on August 1st. 2024. She is survived by her son Joe Alan Breazeale.
