Franklin Martin Boutwell, 86, of Debary, Florida passed away on Tuesday June 30, 2015. He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and sister. A Funeral Service to honor Mr. Boutwell’s life will be held on Monday, July 6, 2015 at Baldwin-Fairchild Oaklawn Chapel located at 5000 County Road 46A, Sanford, Florida 32771. The family has asked that in lieu of flowers a donation be made to Blake Memorial Baptist Church in Lake Helen Florida and/or Halifax Health Hospice of Volusia/Flagler
