Gary "Big Head" Heinen

He was born October 20, 1964 in Houma, Louisiana to the late Evelyn (Cunningham) Martin Heinen, Jr.

Gary was larger than life in his community, an upstanding entrepreneur - owner of G & H Carpet Care, and generous to many organizations, especially as a sponsor of tournaments for his passion, golf! Outside of his business, you would likely find Gary on the links with friends, whom he then loved entertaining, cooking Cajun food for them and shouting out his beloved football teams, LSU and the Saints. Gary’s delight for life warmed the hearts of those around him, and he will continue to be celebrated for years to come…

He is preceded in death by his dear parents, Martin Heinen Jr. and Evelyn (Cunningham) Heinen; brothers, Richard Heinen, Kevin Heinen, Craig Heinen and sister, Ranola Heinen.

Gary is survived by his nephews and nieces, whom he loved fiercely – Shane, Rickie, Cody, Cole, Michael Heinen and Skyleigh, Sadie, Lacy, and Holly Heinen; all of their families, and loving friends.
