George Wayne Shaw Jr.
June 20, 2020
I was very saddened to hear of George's passing. I just came across his obituary today while searching the internet.
I worked with George at Lockheed Martin. He was a brilliant engineer and I had a lot of respect for him. We had lost touch after he left the company.
He also was my friend. We spent a week sailing the Florida Keys together on his Catalina 22 sailboat. I really loved it. I wound up buying a new sailboat just his and we went on several other trips with our sailboats back in the 1980's.
My condolences to his family.
