James Curtiss Breeding went to be with his Lord on January 5, 2019. He passed at his home in Sanford surrounded by his loving family and his dogs.
James (Jim) was born on January 13, 1947 to Lois and John Dale Breeding in Dennison, Ohio. Jim lived in Ohio until age 24 when he married Patricia Carmon, a widow with 2 young girls, Victoria and Christina.
He moved to Ft. Lauderdale with his new family and started work at the Department of Transportation. He reached Engineer II at that job. In the mid-70’s he joined Traffic Control Devices as a job clerk. He worked his way up in the company and became part owner and Vice President of Operations. He had a great love for his job and employees.
Jim was a car enthusiast. He enjoyed washing and detailing his exotic cars. He will be missed by many employees and friends but mostly by his wife and family.
He is preceded in death by his mother, father and sister, Susan Coleman. He is survived by Patricia Breeding, Victoria Lyle, Christina Mobley and brother, John Jay Breeding. He had two grandsons, Eric Schultze, and James Mobley.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, January 19th at 11:00am at the Central Baptist Church in Sanford, FL located at 3101 West SR 46.
