James Clinton Doran, age 84 of Lake Mary, passed away Monday, August 31, 2020. He was born November 28, 1935 in Peekskille, New York to Anna and James Doran. After High School he enlisted in the US Army and served his country proudly. He retired from K-Mart after 35 years of managing stores in Puerto Rico and Florida.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Lydia Doran; his sister Helen Barber, his daughter Libby Devine (Dan Devine), his grandchildren Renee Brown (Garrett Brown) and Daniel Devine, and his great-granddaughters Emerson and Olivia Brown.
The family will receive friends on Friday, September 4, 2020 from 6-8 PM at Baldwin Fairchild Oaklawn Chapel. A Funeral Mass will be held 2 PM, Saturday September 5, 2020 at Nativity Catholic Church, 3255 N. Ronald Reagon Blvd. Longwood, Florida 32750. Inurnment will take place at a later date.
