John Little

He was born in Beckley, West Virginia on February 28th, 1943. John graduated from Nitro High School and West Virginia State College where he received a B.S. degree in Business Management.

He served in the US Air Force from 1961 to 1965 before he pursued a career in transportation and logistics, working for Greyhound lines and Kenco Logistic Services.

Beyond his career, he also was a member of The Sons of the American Revolution.

On February 10th, 1968, he married Caroline Mellott Little, where they shared almost 60 years of marriage.

He had a lifelong passion for radio-control airplanes, building model ships, poker, and chess. He also loved youth baseball and softball, especially when it came to supporting his family in sports.

He was preceded in death by Patricia McDade and Charles Little.

He is survived by his spouse, Caroline Little; his children, Jennifer Crawford (Adam), Mary Beth Loe (Brian), and Charles Little (Nichole); and his five grandchildren, Cole Newkerk, Emily Copp, Andrew Little, Avery Little, and Gideon Crawford.

A Celebration of Life will be held on October 6th, with Visitation at 5pm followed by a service at 6pm at Baldwin-Fairchild Oawlawn, located at 5000 Co Rd 46A, Sanford, FL 32771.

He will be remembered as a loving husband, caring father, and doting grandfather.
