Judith Ann Stevens, 79, of Lake Mary Florida departed this life in Florida on May 1, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Viewing will be held 1-2pm on Saturday, May 9, 2026. Funeral services will follow at 2pm and the graveside service at 3pm at the Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home and Oaklawn Cemetery. Pastor Jairo Quesada of Lake Mary Church officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home in Sanford.
Judith was born on October 1, 1946 in Elizabeth, NJ to William Parsell Sr. and Mildred Ledig Parsell. She married the love of her life, Samuel Henry Stevens on December 3, 1966 and celebrated 58 years together shortly before he passed.
Judith was a graduate of South Hagerstown High School. She worked as a secretary at Air products and was the secretary treasurer for her husband’s company SH Stevens Automation and controls. She was a master gardener and loved flowers. She loved to decorate cakes and was known to many as the dog whisperer. Her greatest joy was being a wife and mother.
She Lived in Allentown, Pa most of her life until she became a snowbird living in the Davenport area in Florida until she and her husband decided to live in Florida full time and move to Lake Mary.
She loved music, attending church, making others feel loved and accepted, beautiful flowers, art, and chocolate. She was best known for her loving spirit, generous heart, funny stories, and playful spirit. She was happiest when she was surrounded by her family. She loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents William Parsell Sr and Mildred Ledig Parsell, her husband Samuel H Stevens and her grandchild Mehdi Mourad.
She is Survived by her son, Richard Stevens and wife Mary Anne of Orlando, FL, Daughters Cynthia Sefiane and husband Hassane (Nathan) of Azrou, Morocco, Elizabeth Ehrhart and husband Benjamin of Denver, PA, along with 18 grandchildren. Her brother, William Parsell Jr and wife Mary of Wescosville, PA As well as her cousins and several nieces and nephews.
Public Visitation will be held at Baldwin-Fairchild Oaklawn Chapel, 5000 COUNTY ROAD 46A, SANFORD, FL 32771, US, on May 9, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
