Linda Lugene Dunn

Linda Lugene Dunn, 79, of Sanford, Fl , passed away on March 2, 2025. She was born in Deland, Fl on August 5, 1945. Linda graduated from Lyman High School. It was while Linda was working as an Administrative Assistant she met her husband Charles “Danny” Dunn. They were married June 8, 1968. Linda & Danny started their family shortly after and had their son Jeffrey and daughter Brandy. Linda was always staying busy. She loved working & gardening in her yard. She was a great cook and she loved the role of being a grandmother, her 6 grandchildren brought her much joy. It was later in life Linda was unfortunately diagnosed with dementia that might have robbed her of her mind but it never stole her smile or her love to dance and listen to music.

She is preceded in death by her father William R. Tucker & Margie Tucker.

She is survived by her husband Charles “Danny” Dunn, her son Jeffrey Dunn & daughter Brandy Striano. She was also survived by her son-in-law Paul Striano & daughter –in-law Traci Dunn, and her grandchildren Cheyenne Rossi, Natalie Striano-Murphy, Joseph Striano, Bryant Dunn, Sydney Striano & Lily Dunn.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 to 1:00 pm on Thursday, March 6, 2025 at Baldwin-Fairchild Oaklawn Chapel, 5000 CR 46A, Sanford, Florida 32771. The funeral service will begin at 1 pm. Entombment will follow in Oaklawn Park Cemetery. All are welcome to join as we honor and lay Linda to rest.
