She was born in Memphis, Tennessee on September 8, 1931.
Linda graduated from City High School in Chattanooga, and received her Bachelors Degree from The University of Central Florida.
She married to Charles Erd on March 16, 1951.
Linda had a career as a Legal Assistant for several law firms in central Florida. She was treasurer for Sorosis Women’s Club of Orlando for many years.
She is survived by her children, Melinda Griffin and Gordon Erd; grandchildren, Nathan Carlie, Bennett Griffin, Maxwell Erd and great grandchildren Charlotte Carlie, and Orenna Carlie.
A celebration of life service was held at 1:30 pm on Monday, May 17, 2022 at St. Andrew’s Chapel. A graveside service will be held at 10 am on Friday, May 20, 2022 at Palm Cemetery in Winter Park.
