Linda Sue Tackett, 79, of Heathrow passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on December 18, 2020. She was born on July 17, 1941 in Virgie, Kentucky to the late Anderson and Myrtle Elswick.
Linda spent her life always putting her children and family first. As her children were growing up she made sure they were always her priority, instilling values and a passion for education and reading within them. As wonderful as she was at being their mother, she was an even better best friend to them. The memories they share with her will truly last a lifetime.
She is survived by her children, Autumn Tackett-Davis (Steven), Everett Tackett and April Tackett; five grandchildren, two great grandchildren and numerous extended family members and friends.
