She was born January 18, 1948 in Cincinnati, OH, to the late Paul and the late Anna Mae (Metz) Broerman. She married Mark Ramsay Peebles on November 17, 1977. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. If she wasn’t spending time with the kids or traveling with Mark, you could find her at either the gym or the Dillard’s Outlet since shopping was her favorite pastime. She was a devoted nurse for 46 years, a member of the Porsche Club, an amazing cook, and a true fashionista. She will be missed by many who love and adore her.
Norma leaves behind her husband of 41 years, Mark Peebles; two children: Regan (Luis) Jackson and Nelson (Jessica) Peebles; four grandchildren: Lyric Jackson, Story Jackson, Legend Jackson and Braxton Peebles; and seven siblings: Paul (Paulette) Broerman, Harold (Paula) Broerman, Ann (Keith Graves) Mercurio, Raymond (Suzanne) Broerman, Mary (Tom) Denier, Matthew (Donna) Broerman and Cathy (Mike) Rothan.
A celebration of Norma’s life will be held at Baldwin-Fairchild Oaklawn Chapel in Sanford, FL on Wednesday May 22, from 3-6pm. In lieu of flowers please make a donation in Norma’s name to Glioblastoma research at https://glioblastomafoundation.org/get-involved/donate.
