I met Pete at West Liberty State College. I can still see his warm smile and hear his infectious laugh! He was a really great guy. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Heath family.

From Rollerblading to his fast paced walking. Pete was my afternoon alarm clock for my coffee run. We always said hola (hello).

One of the funniest days of my life was with the Heath brothers before Heath’s 60 th BDay party,  they shared many childhood stories. Wish we captured it on film.  It was a classic!  Some many laughs, as Always, with Heath,  but I laughed so much , it hurt.  So sad that it can’t happen again.    However, you thought with all those stories, there is still one better!  The 60 BDay party with the Batman theme!  That’s the all time best Heath story.   Batman will live with us forever!  

Bones did a fabulous  job describing our time in WV!  Take Me Home Country Roads.

We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Peter. He will be fondly remembered as someone who always had a smile on his face and a kind word to say. He was always willing to pitch in and help out back in our Pop Warner days and we shared his unwavering love of the Pittsburgh Steelers!! We are grateful to have known Peter and our fond memories will live on with us all. You are all in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.

We are so shocked and sad to hear about Pete’s passing! We lived behind Pete and Laurie for many years and had many laughs as neighbors. We will always remember him as a nice person with a great personality who loved to laugh. Gone way too soon. Rest in peace our friend!

To his lovely wife and family. We the Minerva Street crew will miss him. His smile was infectious and just a great personality. We will miss him fast walking and the occasional roller blades. I used to joke with him about his head sweatband and shorts, looking like a LA (Los Angeles) boardwalk workout groupie! He would crack up laughing!

He will truly be miss and we all send our love and support. It will be hard but with God, family, and close friends you'll be ok. Do your best and stay strong!

I am so sorry for your loss.

Pete was a friend of mine since our freshman year in high school.

I will always feel privileged to have a friend like Pete. Spending  time with Pete and his family is a memory I will never forget. I even was able to stay in the Rossi room at his mom's house in Mc Mechen.

My heartfelt sympathy to all of you at this sad time.

Sending love & condolences to the family at this most difficult time. I remember attending many celebrations with Pete & Laurie at my brother Tim's house back in the day when our kids were little. Pete always had a smile on his face & was fun to be around. I always admired how he  treated everyone with respect & kindness & demonstrated a sincere  love for his family & friends. He was a special person & will be remembered in my prayers.

Pete was a great friend of mine. We grew up together in the small town of McMechen. He was like a brother to me. We went to the same grade school, high school and college together where we were even roommates for couple years. In high school we were on the same team that won a state catholic championship. Pete was great player and if would ask him one of the best shooters to come out of Bishop Donahue. He missed his calling in high school because we didn’t have the 3 point line. In college we won some intramural championships in basketball too . 
After college Pete moved away where he met the love of his life  Laurie. He loved his wife and family and was a good husband and father.
Pete would always come back to McMechen to see his mom and his many friends. He never forgot where he came from. He always had stories he would tell that would make you laugh and feel good. 
I’m so sad to lose my  dear friend, but I am proud to have been blessed with so many wonderful years by his side.
