Prek “Frank” Nikollaj, 62, Lake Mary, Florida, passed away on April 29, 2022. He was born in Kosovo on May 19, 1959, to Zeff and Gete Nikollaj. On April 27, 1978 he was married to the love of his life, Liza Nikollaj. Frank had a successful career owning restaurants like Amici‘s in New York and Giovannis in Florida. He also had a passion for collecting classic cars, watches, & paintings. Most importantly sharing stories and making friends. He was survived by his loving wife, Liza, mother Gete Nikollaj, children Leka, John & Elizabeth. His grandson Vincent. Also his brothers Nue, Tush, Mhill, Krist, & Jozef. Join us to share lasting memories in celebration of Frank Nikollaj.

Viewing will be held on May 4th from 2-7pm at Baldwin Fairchild Oaklawn, 5000 CR 46A, Sanford, Fl 32771. Mass will be conducted on Thursday, May 5 at 1:30 at, Annunciation Catholic Church, 1020 Montgomery Rd, Altamont Springs, Fl 32714. Burial will follow Mass at Glen Haven Memorial Park
