William Elmer Drake, 70, passed away on April 8, 2015. He was born June 4, 1944 in Dayton, Ohio to his loving parents Earl and Emma Lou Drake. Bill is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 31 years, Dorothy Drake. Together they have three sons, Jeffery, Timothy and Christopher. They have been blessed with six granddaughters. His military career was short lived but he loved his country. Bill was an avid NASCAR fan and looked forward to attending Daytona Rising in February of 2016. Bill was a good friend to all that knew him. A Celebration of Life service will be scheduled at a later date.
