Andrew Keoni Velasquez, age 29, of Santa Ana, California passed away on Friday, September 24, 2021. Andrew was born November 18, 1991.
A visitation for Andrew will be held Thursday, October 7, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Fairhaven Memorial Park Mortuary, 1702 Fairhaven Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92705, followed by a funeral service from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
