Barbara gave her life to Christ at the age of 12. She went to the altar with her Dad in 1948. She was married to Earl Nickles on June 13, 1958 and they just celebrated their 66 year anniversary.
Barbara graduated from the Pasadena Nazarene College in 1961 with a Bachelor's degree. She ran an in-home business caring for the developmentally disabled for 37 years and has 60 years of service with the Costa Mesa Church of the Nazarene.
She was survived by her husband, Earl Nickles; two children, Joedy (Val) Curiel; Jonathan (Thelma Jean) Nickles and two grandchildren, Heidi and Samuel.
