Cherlyn Diane Evers was born in Pomona, California on January 30, 1955 to William and Mildred Hopcroft. She grew up in Pomona and attended school there. After collage she became a legal assistant for the state and then various private law firms until 2000. During that time she relocated to Santa Ana where she met and married her husband of 31 years, Michael. Together they lived in Yorba Linda and Anaheim Hills. Cherlyn was very outgoing and loved to meet people and make friends wherever she went. She enjoyed traveling to dog shows with the other loves of her life, her Australian Shepherds and vacations in Hawaii. One of her favorite places was the cabin at Lake Arrowhead that her Grandfather built where she spent summers in the sun and winters in the snow while growing up.
