Tío, I am going to miss seeing the special relationship you had with Ezekiel. Thank you for always asking about him and keeping him in your thoughts. He loved going to Grandma’s house every day because he knew you always had a little something waiting for him, whether it was cookies or a piece of fruit.

We will miss the way you would always slow down in front of our house, hoping to catch a glimpse of Ezekiel playing outside. We will miss knowing you always had candy stored in your truck just in case you happened to see him.

It was the little things like these that showed how much you loved him, and those are the memories we will hold close to our hearts. Thank you for loving him the way you did.

We will miss you always, Tío. ❤️

Thank you, Tio, for always helping me with my homework throughout nursing school.
