Dawn Lowery was born on September 5, 1963, in Brooklyn, New York, to John and Ellen Lowery. From the very beginning, she brought warmth, light, and a spark that drew people to her. She carried that vibrant energy with her throughout her life and into every room she entered.
Dawn was one of six children. She is reunited in heaven with her siblings Patricia, Jacqueline, Andrew, and Sean, as well as those who have gone before her. She is survived by her beloved sister, Kathy, with whom she shared a deep and lasting bond.
Some of Dawn’s most cherished memories were formed during her early childhood at Pine Cliff Lake, where she spent time surrounded by nature, laughter, and family. Those moments helped shape the woman she became—full of life, quick with a joke, and overflowing with love.
Dawn was known for her vibrant energy, fantastic wit, and extraordinary capacity for love. Her presence was comforting, her laughter contagious, and her love unconditional.
She leaves behind her cherished nieces and nephews: Christopher, Kathleen, Jamie, Sarah, Chris, Matthew, Jason, and Kerri—each of whom carries a piece of her heart and her legacy.
Though she is no longer physically with us, Dawn’s spirit lives on in the stories we tell, the laughter we share, and the love she planted in each of us. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her and forever remembered for the joy and light she brought into this world.
