Deborah Jeanne Boatman

Deborah “Debbie” Jeanne Boatman, 70, of Anaheim, California, passed away March 21, 2023, after a courageous battle with Alzheimers. She was born in Fort Eustis, Virginia on February 10, 1953 to Eugene and Lenora Friend. Debbie graduated from Loara High School in 1972, where she developed lifelong friendships. Debbie married the love of her life, Jeffrey Drew Boatman, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Anaheim, California on September 24, 1977. Together they had three children and two grandchildren. Debbie balanced being a homemaker and a business owner with a career in bookkeeping for Friend Metals Co for forty years. She also had a passion for bowling, quilting, traveling, and of course, her dogs: Max, Lad, Jasmine, and Jazzy. Debbie is survived by her husband Jeff, her daughter, Jessica Lee; her son, Ryan Eugene; her grandchildren, Drew Carson and Jaxon Brian, as well as her siblings: Greg, Sharon, and Kathy.
