Dee Anna Riley-Mendez, age 71, of Santa Ana, California passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2024. She was born in Aurora, Missouri on May 18, 1952 to loving parents, Billy Wayne Riley and Lou Anna Grisham. Dee Anna was a happy, fun loving individual who taught others to have a positive outlook on life.
She married the love of her life, Gilbert Mendez on November 24, 1990 and spent the next 33 years building their life together. Affectionately referred to as "Crazy Dee" or "Dizzy Dee", she enjoyed bar tending, artwork, freehand poster painting and making people happy.
Dee Anna is survived by her husband, Gilbert; daughter, Michael Robertson; granddaughter, Madison Taylor Robertson; Great Granddaughter, Kynlee; Brother, Bobby; Sister, Margo; Sister, Tammy; Brother, Patrick; Brother, Shawn; Sister, Erin and Sister, Melanie.
