Eddie A. Esparza

Eddie A. Esparza was born January 8, 1946 in Delhi, Santa Ana to Carmen and Salud Esparza. He attended Santa Ana High School. At the age of 15 he purchased his first vehicle a 1938 Chevy Coupe which he fully restored and enjoyed though out the years. In 1966 Eddie enlisted into the United States Army. He served for 6 years as a Sargent E5 and was honorably discharged. In 1969 Eddie married the love of his life Lupe Espinoza. The following year they welcomed their first child Sally. In 1975 Eddie moved his family to Orange where they had two more children, Edward II and Eric. Eddie worked as a machinist for 35 years which he retired from however this was not his only job. He was a jack of all trades, he knew how to do just about everything. He would always have a side job to do after he got off work. Eddie loved to work on old cars, attend car shows, and spend time with family. The last 11 years Eddie enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, Alexander 11, Edward III 10, Sophia 10, Ace 9 and Ben 5. They kept him busy with their school activities, birthday parties and everyday craziness. As much as he complained about them running around, he loved it that much more!! Eddie was called to eternal rest on June 13, 2017. Left to cherish Eddie's memories are his wife Lupe, Sally and Fernando their two children Alexander and Sophia, Eric and Kelly their two sons Ace and Ben, Edward II and his son Edward III and his siblings.
