Joe Barber Lumibao Jr., age 72, of Orange, California passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2022.

Joe is survived by his spouse, Belen Lumibao.

A vigil for Joe will be held Tuesday, December 13, 2022 from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM at Waverly Chapel at Fairhaven Memorial Park Mortuary, 1702 Fairhaven Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92705. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church, 566 S Glassell St, Orange, CA 92866.
