Jose's passing hit me pretty hard.  Having worked with him for 5+ years, seeing him sometimes more than my family at home, I have a lot of memories between him and I.  From always having his cup of coffee when I get in, to the great chef meals he would prepare, to the love for his kids as he would tell me stories about them.  His positivity, hard work and passion for what he did, I will never forget.  He was never the one to be in the front when gaining praise, always putting the team ahead and letting them get the praise.  He was a humble man.  I will miss him tremendously.  Rest in peace my friend.

Jose Lugo was such a positive person to be around, he had this way of making your bad day turn into an awesome one. I Admire his positive energy and keen sense of humor, not to mention his skillful craziness in the Kitchen. He always had a smile on his face and had a passion to make the people around him better. My heart and prayers go out to his family and friends. Rest in Peace my man. You will be greatly missed - Marcel
