Jose Tapia

Jose Tapia, age 56, of Eastvale, California, passed away on October 17, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones.

Jose was born on January 29, 1969, in Uruapan, Michoacán, to Jose Salvador Tapia and Elisa Tapia. He built a beautiful life filled with laughter, hard work, and deep love for his family.

Jose is survived by his devoted wife, Rosario Tapia, and their three daughters — Brianna, Amanda, and Natalia Tapia — who were his pride and joy, as well as his three brothers, Salvador, Mauro, and Roy, and his four sisters, Isabel, Maria, Bertha, and Carina.

A man of kindness, humor, and generosity, Jose touched the lives of everyone he met. He had a passion for family, sports, barbering, dogs, music, and the beach, and was known for being helpful, friendly, and hardworking. His positive energy and warm smile brought comfort and happiness to all who knew him.

A viewing will be held at Fairhaven Memorial Park and Mortuary in the Waverley Chapel (1702 E Fairhaven Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92705) on Thursday, October 30th, from 6:00 to 8:30 PM, with a Rosary from 7:00 to 8:00 PM. A Funeral Mass will follow on Friday, October 31st, at 9:15 AM at Saint Barbara Catholic Church (730 S Euclid St, Santa Ana, CA 92704). Burial will take place at Fairhaven Memorial Park and Mortuary at 11:30 AM that same day.

The Tapia family would like to express their deepest gratitude for all the love, prayers, and support received during this difficult time.
