Joseph Edward Barrett, age 95, of Santa Ana, California passed away on Thursday March 28, 2019. Joseph was born June 14, 1923. He is survived by his three loving children; Tony (Sharon), Lisa (Mark) and Coleen (Jacob). He also leaves behind 3 grandchildren; Rebecca, Matt and Nicole.
