Larry D. Moore, after a year long battle with cancer, went home to be with the Lord, on November 10, 2018 in Santa Ana, CA. Larry was born on January 28, 1940 in Utica, Missouri. In 1957, the family moved to Huntington Beach. One year later, Larry graduated from Huntington Beach High School. In 1962, he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from UC Berkeley. He would work as an engineer in the aerospace industry for 50 years, first with McDonnell Douglas and later with Boeing when the companies merged. Larry also earned a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering from USC while the family was living on Kwajalein in the Marshall Islands. Larry is survived by his wife, Judi, his sons, Brian, Michael, Sean, Jeffrey, Gavin, three daughters-in-law, Susi, Amanda, Deanna, and nine grandchildren.
