Linda Waer went to be with the Lord on February 28, 2026, with her children and family by her side. She was the second child born to Melvin House and Margaret Olivera in 1944, in Modesto, CA. Linda was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister.
Linda was an amazing housewife who devotedly served her husband, Albert, for 58 years. Together they established AM Waer Trucking Low Bed Service in Santa Ana, CA. She was the dispatcher and bookkeeper who kept the business running smoothly. Linda loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed gathering everyone together and cooking delicious meals for holidays.
Linda, most of all, loved the Lord Jesus with all her heart. She was a good and faithful servant and enjoyed attending Courageous Living and Brand New Life in Orange, CA. She had many great memories of cooking lunches and volunteering with her sister, Barbara, and church family. Even in her last moments she leaned on the Lord and knew that she was stepping into heaven.
Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Albert; her father, Melvin; her mother, Margaret; sibling Raymond House.
Linda is survived by her children Gina Waer, Lisa (Waer) Walker, Albert Waer Jr. (Debbie), and Brad Waer (Samantha). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
