Manuel Pizana

Manuel Pizana, 32 of Garden Grove, passed away on December 17, 2021. He was born on May 1, 1989 in Westminster, California to Manuel Pizana and Mavi Pizana Avalos. As a child, he enjoyed playing soccer and was in a soccer league. He liked Pokemon and Dragon Ball Z, playing Nintendo and watching soccer games.

Manuel married Vanessa, the love of his life on May 17, 2014. He loved spending time with his family and friends and enjoyed traveling. Two of Manuel’s favorite places to visit were Ensenada and Big Bear. He enjoyed watching soccer, boxing and football and as well as playing Playstation and Nintendo.

Manuel had a passion for cooking and worked a Sous Chef. He spent 10 years with Pacific Life and 4 months at SIE Culinary Management Group. Manuel achieved this success through years of hard work and was incredibly proud of everything he had accomplished. Outside of work, Manuel still enjoyed watching food videos and loved having family and friends try his food.

Manuel was loving, caring, joyful and a jokester. He was really stubborn, but in a good way. He never gave up on his goals and dedicated to taking care of his family. He is survived by his wife Vanessa, his father Manuel, mother Mavi and sister Jacqueline. Manuel and his amazing cooking will be dearly missed by his friends and family.
