Is this for my friend Norma’s obituary? We were homeless together in Laguna Beach.     People were giving her trouble. A circle of strangers around her at all times while in Santa Ana “shelter”.   Is this my Norma”Shoot it she used to say. She loved her vodka and clogging toilets. She was raging against the machine I understand now. She was my best girl. I pushed her wheelchair around the park and we came to a huge downward hill. Wow! We picked up speed fast and the wheelchair handles slipped from my hands. Oh No! She was going to run fast right into these bushes! I ran like hell and finally regained control! My heart had stopped beating until I caught her. She was the life of the party and if there was no party, she would start one when she got there! I love her and miss her and think of her all the time, and smile. I love you Norma. I used to laugh when the thrift store complained that someone had stolen just one shoe! Hahaha!!!!!
