Patricia was born on March 23, 1957, at Citizens Hospital in Barberton, Ohio, to Joseph and Josephine Kocsis. She was the fourth of four children and is survived y her sisters, Georgia and Cynthia, and her brother, Joseph. She also leaves behind her dear companion, Adam, who lovingly cared for her in her final days.
Patty was a woman who cherished life's simple pleasures. She found great joy in sitting outdoors among her beloved plants and flowers, a reflection of her nurturing spirit. She treasured time spent with family and especially enjoyed the gatherings that brought loved ones together.
Patricia graduated from El Rancho High School in 1975 and was baptized at Melodyland in 1978. She continued her education at a local community college and went on to build a successful career. Throughout the years, she worked for an oil company, Rose Hills, and later Pottorff Company for 30 years, where she remained until her retirement.
Patty's greatest joys were her family, treasured friendships, travel adventures, gardening, baking, photography, and her love of antiques and collectibles-a passion first inspired by her grandmother, Helen. Among her favorite travel destinations in recent years were Bisbee, Superior, and Tombstone, Arizona, as well as Joshua Tree and Pioneertown, California. She delighted in returning from her travels with photographs, treats and souvenirs to share with those she loved.
Patty's enduring kindness, generosity, and joyful spirit left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched with her warmth, grace, and love.
Forever Loves, Forever remembered.
