You will be missed Phil, I enjoyed you showing me all your toys in the shed and your motorcycle, and all the memories in your home 🏡.

Mr. Phill  you will be very missed. I loved the time I spent with you sitting up in your shop talking about motorcycles and drinking beer. I cherish those times in my heart. I will never forget you sir, you always treated me with dignity and respect. I will see you on the other side my friend!!!

Sorry to hear of Phil’s passing. I went to high school with Phil at Orange High. My husband and I were friends for years after school. Went to the sand dunes. Had a blast. My husband bet Phil that he could not get me on the back of his motor cycle, but i did get on. Will never forget this moment because when he went over a bump, I fell off. Of course all watching laughed. Phil and his buddies would do night riding on the motor cycles. So, Phil rides into the camp late at night/morning and waking all of us up. The next morning when he was asleep, I went into his tent and poured a glass of cold beer on his face and woke him up. Memories of so many fun times.

So sorry to hear of Phil’s passing.  I met Phil through my dad, Jerry Bechtol.  Phil was larger than life, a great friend, fun, upbeat, and fairly fearless.   I have fond memories of doing outdoor activities with Phil.  Dune buggies, motorcycles are two that stick out.  I’ll never forget night dune buggy rides in the Glamis area using military bombing range flares for light.  Phil’s idea…unique, kinda crazy and a lot of fun.  My dad passed several years ago and Phil was one of his all time favorites.  May Phil rest in peace and may to good lord be with him and his family.  Hod Bless.

I am so sorry for your loss. I know that  Phil will be missed by family and friends. I ‘ll never forget the time I was in Calif.  in 2013 for my nieces wedding and I stayed with Gail , while I was  there we went to visit her Dad, we had a real nice time and enjoyed the visit very much. I really wished I could  have  had longer to stay.  All my best wishes go out to the family!🙏

When you would come with your family to visit us in Wisconsin it was always a fun time. As a kid on the farm to have relatives come visit all the way from California was quite an event!
As an adult I really appreciated the depth of love that I saw and felt between you and my Dad. The memories you shared and the esteem you both had for each other. 
Live wasn't always easy for the two of you but it was always well lived with integrity and goodness.
While we will miss you deeply here on earth, it is a comfort to know that you are well accompanied in heaven.

Phil, you are one of the toughest guys I know. I bet you're in heaven right now pain free and doing wheelies all over the place on your motorcycle.  Fixing up a nice fast hotrod for you and your new friends to ride in. May you watch over your children and your grandchildren like the Guardian that you always played to be here on earth. You had a great plan and you lived a great life; now finish it up in heaven with your passed loved ones. I'll see ya when I get there and I'll tell my friends and family up there to treat you like one of their own. May God bless your family here on earth and give them strength to overcome and come together during this hard time of grief with your loss.
