Ronald Eugene Page

Ron was born on January 27, 1941 in Claremore Oklahoma on the Cherokee Indian Reservation. He was raised on a farm in Idaho as 1 of 17 children of Irene and Alec Page. He left home at 16 years of age and came to California. He joined the Air Force and became a squadron leader and an air traffic controller. After his service in the military, he attended Santa Ana College receiving an AA degree and went on to Western State University College of Law. He met and married his wife, Martha, in

1969. He started his career with State Farm as a Claims Adjuster and later became a State Farm Agent, owning a highly successful agency in Mission Viejo, California. He received many company awards and was sought out by many of his colleagues, customers and friends for his counsel and advice. Ron retired in May 2000 to work on his final legacy, his house on Vanderlip Ave. He lovingly planned, remodeled and built it to perfection so that his family and grandkids could have a place

to gather and play.

Ron is survived by his beloved wife, Martha Rogers Page, and son Anthony B. Page of Boise ID, daughter Cheryl Page Zmuda (Jeffrey Zmuda) of Boise ID, daughter Lori Charles (Mark Charles) of Mesa AZ and son William Ragan of Kingman AZ, and by his six grandchildren, David P. Zmuda, Daniel C. Zmuda, Andrew M. Zmuda, Devin C. Charles, Tyler D. Charles, and Allison R. Charles. He is also survived by his brothers Russell Page of Greenleaf, ID and Darrell Page of Caldwell, Id and his sister Linda Page of Anchor Point, Alaska. He is preceded in death by his parents and 13 of his siblings.

Ron will be greatly missed by his family and friends and will always be remembered for his sense of humor, unique way of looking at life and marching to the beat of his own drum. Services will be held Saturday 6/23/2018 at Fairhaven Memorial Park in Santa Ana California at 9:30 am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the "The American Diabetes Association" in honor of Ronald E. Page through their website www.diabetes.org
