My tia sandy was loving, kind, and giving.
My favorite memory I have with her is when she would take me and my siblings to McDonalds and we would be in her black truck that she had and we would say drive faster tia faster ( my mom said to Sandy don’t drive fast and she would turn around and laugh) I will always remember that.

I’m going to miss seeing you at the house, seeing you’re smile, you’re laugh and saying hi Aj do you want anything?
I’m blessed that you we’re in my life I love you.

I remember many, many years ago my husband and I took our first trip away since becoming parents to my daughter Sandra Maxine. As we finished our trip the sun was going down and our car broke down on the 5 freeway. I was really scared from being in an unknown place. We called to my Tio Checkers home and him and my tia were on there way to church so they were unable to get to us. When Sandra heard this she jumped at the chance to help us. She picked us up in a truck she had and of course she was driving very fast (lol). She took us to get food, to get parts, to visit my cousin Milo. She did all this without complaining, without asking for anything in return. She did it out of the kindness of her heart. She was our hero that day. Ramiro and I always remember that day. She holds a special place in my heart forever. Her smile could brighten anyone’s day. It was just our turn that day. Rest In Peace Sandra 💕

I remember the first time I saw you. You were just a toddler sitting on your mom’s lap one Sunday morning and I said to myself, ‘what a pretty little girl.’ I didn’t know we would become sister in laws later on in life. You always had something to share with me; food, knickknacks and your stories. You will always be remembered. Thanks for the ‘do you need anything?’ and for the laughs we had. I know paradise is beautiful, so I’ll see you one day.
