A beloved husband, father, and grandfather, Santiago Valdez Ramirez was born on August 1st, 1937, in Apozol, Zacatecas, Mexico. Santiago is one of three brothers and three sisters born to Pedro and Maria. Widowed with one son, Santiago later met and married Soledad Nieves Huerta. Together they had seven children, 31 grandchildren, and 25 great-grandchildren, all of who Santiago leaves behind. Santiago was a retired mechanic and family jokester, he never stopped making people laugh. Santiago passed away peacefully on June 18th, 2023, at the age of 85. Santiago will be deeply missed by all those who knew him. For those who would like to celebrate his life, his viewing will be on Wednesday, June 28th, 2023, 4-8p inside the Waverly Chapel at Fairhaven Memorial Park & Mortuary in Santa Ana.
