Vicente Alberto Villela

Vincente Alberto Villela was born on July 19, 1956 and he left us and went to heaven on June 14, 2022. “Chente” as everyone called him was just an amazing person all-around and he was a man with an enormous heart, charismatic, and someone that you could always count on. “Chente” was also a great father of three & he loved his kids tremendously, he felt blessed to have his daughters, Monica Villela and Sara Villela and his only son, Vicente Alberto Villela Jr. also known as “Beto”. He was a very-hands-on-father and he was very close to his children and was very involved in their lives. He guided them, gave them advice and showed them that it was important to be a good person and someone of good character. He had his “little jewel” that was his only granddaughter, Jasmine Martinez, or “Cha-chis” as he had nick-named her. He often talked about how bright and articulate she was and how she always brought a smile to his face. He really enjoyed being a grandfather and loved her company and her little personality.

He was just a great and solid person and a man of strength, perseverance, & of humor as well. “Chente” was someone that really valued family and it brought him so much joy to get-together on holidays, birthdays, BBQ’s, or whatever the occasion was, it was a delight for him because he loved family so much. He is survived by his long-time partner Betty Guidel and she was his love, his care taker, and his best-friend. He is also survived by his mother, Romelia Villela, and his siblings, Jaime Villela, Eduardo Villela, Sara Montanez, Maria Gurrola, Hilda Baez, & Sandra Villela-Kemp. In addition, “Chente” was a dedicated, hardworking, and loyal employee at Mary Kay Cosmetics for 36 years and held various positions during this time. He built many long-lasting friendships at Mary Kay and would often mention to his family all the good people that he had met there, and he was touched. “Chente” will always be a great loss to his family and all who knew him. Heaven has a wonderful soul up there and he will be greatly missed.
