“Tony” Breslin passed away peacefully at home with his loving family by his side. The 8th child of Maria Laurel and Thomas Francis Breslin. Born in Cebu, Philippines. Raised in Manila and Long Beach, CA. Survived by his wife of 58 years, Aida Young Breslin, and brother Bob. Father of Julie-Ann (d.1958), Mona, Tony, and Stella. Grandfather of Alexandra, Paul, and Hadley Monin, and Emily, Hannah, and Oliver Breslin. Air Force Vet, Carpenter, Head Usher at Our Lady of Peace Church, and Presidents of Agnew Little League and Maharlika Lions Club. Remembered for his dedication to wife and family, road trips with swim pools, his love of music, TV, and dancing, being kind to our pets and his goats, free carpentry, loyalty to his Church, and supplying sugary sweets to and placing horse racing bets for his children and grandchildren. Visitation Thurs. 9/18/14 from 5-9PM with Rosary at 7PM at Lima Family Santa Clara, 466 N. Winchester Blvd., Santa Clara. Funeral Mass Fri. 9/19/14 at 10:30AM at Our Lady of Peace Church, 2800 Mission College Blvd., Santa Clara.
