Bernice, 98, passed away peacefully at her skilled nursing facility in Santa Clara. Born in Butler, Oklahoma, she resided in the Bay Area most of her life, and was a respected Real Estate Broker for over 40 years. She is survived by her only son, Perry E. Elkins and three grandsons, Stephan Elkins, Timothy Elkins and Paul Elkins, and 3 great-grandchildren. Bernice was a woman ahead of her time and will be greatly missed by her friends and family. Funeral will be Tues., Feb. 12th at 10am Lima Family Santa Clara Mortuary, 466 N Winchester Blvd., Interment will follow in Mission City Memorial Park.
